Terms and Conditions (Important: Please Read!)
Spring Camp formats do not include food, lodging, lab test fees, or ground/air transportation. Prices listed on this form also include a mandatory donation to help defray the cost of trail grooming. Mt Bachelor season passes do NOT cover trail access for the Spring Camp period. The Spring Camp will determine by May 20 what days classic coaching groups will be available.
Camp Refund Policy: All 2011 Camps will require 100% payment at time of registration. Up until 5pm PST, May 13, partial refunds of the registration fees will be given for any reason less $50 (3-5 day camps), and less $25 (1-2 day camp) to cover fixed camp expenses. From May 13-25 partial refunds are less $100 (3-5 day camps) and $60 (1-2 day camps). After 5pm on May 25 100% of all registration fees are non-refundable for any reason (including illness, injury, personal circumstances, etc.). This is because at that point we have sunk costs for your entire entry fee. The only exception will be if the camp is 100% sold out and we are able to secure a fully-paid replacement for your slot.
