Terms and Conditions (Important: Please Read!)
Spring Camp formats do not include food, lodging, or ground/air transportation. Prices listed on this form also include a mandatory donation to the U.S. Ski Team to help defray the cost of trail grooming. Mt Bachelor season passes do NOT cover trail access for the Spring Camp period. The Spring Camp will determine by May 21 what days classic coaching groups will be available.
Deposit Policy: Oregon Spring Camp deposits are 85% refundable up until 5pm PST, May 20. After that date, all deposits are non-refundable for any reason (including illness, injury, personal circumstances, etc.). The only exception will be if the camp is 100% sold out for your camp dates and we are able to secure a fully-paid replacement for your slot. “Sell out” is defined by coach availability on any given day of the camp. Signature on a liability waivers is required at check-in or first camp session along with full balance payment (cash, check or money order).
