Terms and Conditions (Important: Please Read!)
Fall Camp formats do not include food, lodging, or ground/air transportation. Prices listed on this form also DO NOT include trail fees. The Fall Camp will determine by November whether trail fees will included in final registration balances or paid individually by skiers. Skiers with a season pass at Mt Bachelor will receive a discount.
Deposit Policy: Oregon Fall Camp deposits are 85% refundable up until 5pm PST, October 31. After that date, all deposits are non-refundable for any reason (including illness, injury, personal circumstances, etc.). The only exception will be if the camp is 100% sold out for your camp dates and we are able to secure a fully-paid replacement for your slot. “Sell out” is defined by coach availability on any given day of the camp. Signature on a liability waiver is required at check-in or first camp session along with full balance payment (cash, check or money order).
