XC Oregon is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions. Donations large and small separate from our annual programs such as the Friends of XC Oregon and Oregon Camps are always welcome with a tax receipt provided via email for the donor. Larger planned estate gifts as well as gifts of investments (example: stocks) are also welcome, please simply contact Coach/Director J.D. If any donor prefers a check-in-the-mail type of donation, please make donations payable to XC Oregon and mail to:
XC Oregon, 55 SW Gleneagles Way Bend, OR 97702 (please include a return email or postal address so that we may send you a tax receipt).
Currently donated funds are being allocated towards present and future XC Oregon community projects such as the XC Oregon High School Invitational; general support for Oregon high school skiing; the annual Tour for the Heart; and Oregon racing facility and amenity improvements. At this time, general donations to XC Oregon are not being utilized for organizational administrative costs.
