2010 Oregon Fall Camp (public event)

December 2-12, 2010

Camp open to the public — Start your ski season off with one of the best citizen skier camps in the world! Features reliable early December skiing at Mt. Bachelor, top coaching, training lectures, and (optional) world-class physiology testing. Designed specifically for master XC skiers/racers with skills anywhere from intermediate to expert. 2010 PDX Training Group (public event)

For the eighth consecutive year (!) the XC Oregon race team in concert with the Teacup Chapter of the Oregon Nordic Club present conditioning sessions for XC skiers of all ages and abilities right in the heart of Portland, Oregon! Just a small donation (for Teacup members) covers the expenses for 4 sessions on Saturday mornings (9:30-11am) in October and November. No special equipment needed. All sessions rain or shine. Tentative Fall 2010 schedule & info now posted. Final schedule to be determined asap.

COCC XC Ski Conditioning Class (public event)
